This warranty program is designed to offer confidence, clarity, well-defined protection and a trusted process should an unexpected issue arise in the future. Most homeowners will never need to use their warranty, but having it in place provides valuable peace of mind for the years ahead.
What Your 1-2-10 Warranty Includes
Your StrucSure Home Warranty includes three layers of protection that begin the day you close on your home:
1-Year Workmanship & Materials Coverage
The one-year warranty provides surety coverage and backs the builder’s warranty on defects in workmanship and materials. Covered components of a home that do not meet established Performance Standards during the first year will be repaired, replaced, or paid for under our warranty in the event the builder is unable to do so.
2-Year Systems Coverage
The two-year warranty provides surety coverage and backs the builder’s warranty on defects in the wiring, piping, and ductwork in the electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilating, and mechanical systems. Covered components of a home that do not meet the established Performance Standards during the first two years will be repaired, replaced, or paid for under our warranty in the event the builder is unable to do so.
10-Year Structural Coverage
Delivers long-term protection against major structural defects that could affect a home’s load-bearing elements. This coverage lasts for 10 years from the day of closing and is administered directly by StrucSure Home Warranty.
