A Year in Review!

This year has been a little unconventional to say the least. But in spite of that we've strived to keep growing and building dream homes across the DFW Metro. While it has been a hectic year, we've managed to have some major milestones along the way. Check out some of the most exciting moments of our year below.

Brand New Website
Our website needs some TLC and we finally made the jump into a revamp! Not only did we update the look, but we added new features like interactive floor plans and interactive community maps. New Communities in Prosper
We opened 2 new communities in Prosper and 3 brand new models this year! New Phase in Windsong Ranch, Wilmeth Ridge, Estates at Shaddock Park, Whitestone Estates

New Model and Phases in Inspiration
We've been in Inspiration for awhile now and we're not going anywhere anytime soon! We expanded into a new phase this year with another one coming in 2021. What better way to celebrate our courtship with this one-of-a-kind community than opening a brand new model? It's a dream, see more here.

New Model and Phase in Estates at Rockhill

Now Building in Fort Worth
One of the biggest accomplishments of the year was starting to build in Fort Worth! Our Shaddock Homes Family has ties to this city since many have gone to TCU.
