We wanted to update you on the progress of rezoning our future development to be called Shaddock Place by the Lake (Frisco zoning case #Z18-0012). We believe that this project as envisioned will be good for all of the residents near Lone Star Ranch Parkway and FM 423 as it will replace the current commercial zoning with a more harmonious single-family residential community. In order for this to happen, we would love your support as it has been a long adventure with many delays and setbacks working with city staff at the City of Frisco attempting to re-zone this property in keeping with our vision that we presented this past spring to the Lone Star Ranch HOA. While we maintain our commitment to this vision, if this effort becomes commercially and economically infeasible, we will have no other choice but to parcel this property off as commercial properties as allowed under this property’s current zoning.
We will be submitting this requested zoning change formally at the first planning and zoning commission hearing for this project next week on December 11, 2018 at City Hall at 6:30pm. We would very much appreciate your support and ask that you contact your elected city officials as well as the planning and zoning staff at the City of Frisco.
