If you haven’t been to any of our recent realtor events, then you probably haven’t heard about our NEW realtor incentives for 2014. Check out our incentives below so that you are in the know!

As a realtor, if you close a house in 2014, you will receive 3% on your first home, 4% on your second and 5% on every closing thereafter! We have also introduced an Accelerated Commission Structure meaning if you closed a home in 2013, you will receive 4% on your first home closed in 2014, 4% on your second and 5% on every home closed thereafter!! You can receive up to 1% in relocation reimbursement AND advanced commission of up to 1 percent at roof stage!

Pinterest (Free)

Pinterest ButtonIf you are looking for inspiration, Pinterest should be your go-to app! Not only can you get ideas on home décor and design, but on any other category as well including food, fashion and DIY crafts! This app makes it easy to “Pin” something you like for later, saving it to your categorized boards. If you do not have an account, we urge you to try it out!

Houzz (Free)

Houzz ButtonWith over 200,000 high quality interior design images, Houzz is a one-top shope for inspiration! You have full access to photo libraries and can save images to your virtual idea books. The app also includes a directory of local professionals including designers, architects and contractors making it the perfect tool to use when building a new home!

ColorSmart by Behr (Free)

ColorSmart ButtonIf you are interested in painting a room in your house, but want to get an idea as to what it would look like, look no further than this app! With it, you are able to upload a photo of any room and the apply color to the walls.  The app can also create a color scheme for you based on the image you upload giving you ideas and suggestions you may not have considered before.

Home 3D ($6.99)

With it, you are able to move around floors and windows to match your space and set material on floors and walls. Being able to create a version of your home can make it easier to envision and you have the capability of emailing your floor plans once they have been created or saving them onto a Dropbox account.

Home Interior Layout Designer – Mark On Call ($2.99)

Mark on Call AppThis app is perfect for preventing measurement disasters! All you have to do is set a room’s square footage in the app and then enter the dimensions of what you want to fit in the space. You can simply drag it around the room to see where it fits best and you can even take pictures of finishes, fabrics and floorings and apply it to objects in the room. So the next time you are looking at purchasing a new sofa, this will be your go-to app!

Kids’ Rooms (Free)

Kids' Rooms ButtonLooking to decorate your child’s bedroom? Kids’ Rooms, created by Houzz, is the perfect app to get inspiration and ideas for kid-specific spaces! It categorizes room by age and includes baby, toddler, 4 – 10 and teens. It will even display specific items used and give you information on how to purchase them!
