On Wednesday, November 4, 2015, Shaddock Homes was honored as one of the Dallas 100, an award given by the SMU Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship to the 100 fastest growing privately held companies in the Dallas area! Shaddock Homes came in at #20 out of 100 of the fastest growing companies in Dallas!
Co-founded by the Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship in 1990, the Dallas 100TM Awards is an annual event that identifies and honors the 100 fastest-growing privately held companies in the Dallas area. To qualify for the Dallas 100TM, Shaddock Homes met a number of criteria that included being an independent, privately held corporation, proprietorship or partnership (not subsidiaries or divisions of a parent company), obtaining at least 3 years history and not be a non-profit organization, being headquartered in the Dallas Metroplex area, having sales of more than $500,000, but less than $75 million in fiscal year 2012, holding a three-year sales history and having a credit report and character satisfactory to the Dallas 100TM.
All award winners are chosen on increased growth in sales, giving weight to percentage of growth and absolute dollar growth in the three years preceding the event.
Since 2008, Shaddock Homes has been recognized as one of Dallas’ best home builders in the metroplex and has consistently grown to service more communities in some of the most desired locations and highly regarded school districts that include Allen, Celina, Frisco, Wylie and Parker. Revenues have increased from $34.3 million in 2009 to $84.3 million in 2014.
Shaddock Homes continues to take pride in the philosophy to “build homes that we want to live in ourselves” and their attention to detail and ability to understand their homeowners’ needs allows them to create functional, open floor plans that include space for everyone individually, as well as integrated family living areas. Shaddock Homes has had the honor to build in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex for over 45 years.
